Bilingual Chinese Administrative Assistant

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Bilingual Chinese Administrative Assistant to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract position, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining organizational efficiency. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional administrative support.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.

Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Perform accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date records and documentation.

Coordinate email correspondence to ensure timely communication with clients and team members.

Manage scheduling and appointment bookings to optimize workflow.

Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to complete administrative tasks.

Assist in organizing and maintaining files for easy access and retrieval.

Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives.

Ensure effective communication across languages to bridge gaps between English and Chinese speakers. Requirements - Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Demonstrated experience in handling inbound and outbound calls.

Familiarity with customer service practices and principles.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Ability to manage schedules and appointments efficiently.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
