Job Title: Account ManagerJob Description

We are seeking an Account/Project Manager to manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing sales support. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, highly organised, and capable of working with precision and urgency. This role offers ample growth opportunities for proactive individuals who are eager to be involved in business goals and plans.

Responsibilities

Manage and own multiple customer accounts.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Provide exceptional sales support.

Develop and maintain strong business relationships.

Assist in business development initiatives.

Essential Skills

Experience in the electrical industry (2+ years strongly preferred).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Strong business development skills.

Work Environment

The work environment includes a mix of warehouse, office, and external settings, with activities such as lifting, sorting, and standing. Conditions may vary, possibly involving extreme heat or cold. Office work may require sitting for extended periods. Travel may be required, both by car and by air.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Kent, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
