Job Description:
The Marketing Presales Specialist plays a critical role in driving sales growth by proactively leading presales initiatives. This position focuses on qualifying digital marketing generated leads and targeted accounts to ensure high-quality opportunities for the sales team. The specialist will build rapport with potential and existing customers, assess lead readiness, and collaborate closely with territory sales representatives to advance opportunities through the pipeline. This role requires a candidate with a history of continuous improvement and the ability to use critical thinking skills to evaluate the quality of a lead and grow the lead into an opportunity.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Evaluate and qualify inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns for dental implants and digital dentistry solutions, ensuring alignment with target customer profiles and readiness for sales engagement.
Initiate prospecting actions including discovery calls, opportunity creation, drafting quotes or proposals, and supporting renewals.
Make outbound calls and send follow-up emails to schedule product and software demos for qualified prospects.
Contact andqualifyleads in CRM, convert them intoopportunities, and document all activities accurately throughout the sales funnel.
UseShowpadand other sales enablement tools to nurture leads that are notimmediatelyready topurchase, ensuring ongoing engagement.
Maintain regular communication with Territory Sales Managers, providing daily updates onopportunities created and progress within the pipeline.
Track lead qualification metrics, demo conversion rates, and campaign performance; provide actionable feedback to marketing teams to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Develop in-depth knowledge of NobelBiocare'sdental implant systems, digital dentistry workflows, capital equipment solutions, andregen and prosthetic product portfoliosto confidently answer technical questions.
Understandcompetitiveadvantages of Nobel Biocare solutions and support sales teams throughout the buyer's journey with relevant insights.
Make sound decisions under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, andmaintainflexibility in a dynamic work environment.
Quickly learn and understand technical concepts related to dental implant planning software, scanners, and digital workflows.
Provide ad hoc and recurring reports on lead status, conversion metrics, and presales activities.
Perform related projects and tasks as directed to support presales and marketing initiatives.
Job Requirements:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE ?
Bachelor's degree required
3+ years' experiencein presales, lead qualification, or inside sales; 1+ yearin the dental or medical device industry is a plus
Familiarity with CRM and digital marketing lead funnels
Highly organized, proactive, andresults-driven.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office??
Must work standard business operating hours and be flexible across time zone needs. This position requires someone in office 4 days per week (Brea, CA)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed to communicate with prospects, customers, dealers, technicians,salesand marketing teams.

Target Market Salary Range:
Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
