This posting represents multiple positions that offer a range of opportunities for advancement. The minimum qualifications outlined below apply to the Communications Rep Associate, with increased requirements for the Communications Rep level.
What you'll do:
Essential Job Functions:
Provide a range of communications support, including internal communications and media relations, to assigned business unit/operating company.
Monitor operating company social media conversations, including those on Facebook and Twitter, and coordinate engagement/response to those conversations with members of the Communication team.
Gather media data, including social media posts, news postings, and industry articles, to provide operating company leadership and employees feedback on customer and industry conversations and issues.
Provide support to corporate branding through familiarity and support of corporate identity standards in printed and electronic communications.

Bachelor's degree in journalism, advertising, communications, public relations, or related degree.
Other Must Haves:
Physical demand level is Sedentary
Strong written and oral communications and relationship-building skills.
Strong writing and editing skills, creative design skills, and social media competency, as well as presenting their work to others. 3. Ability to work independently and part of a team, quickly and creatively under tight deadlines.
Ability to contribute to work and projects and coordinate with multiple departments.
Experience in digital communications, including social media engagement, preferred.
Internship experience in communications, journalism, public relations or marketing preferred.
