Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis. This position involves providing essential support for office operations, ensuring smooth communication and efficient management of administrative tasks. Located in Pompano Beach, Florida, this role offers an opportunity to contribute to a non-profit organization's mission while honing your organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage electronic filing systems to ensure documents are organized and easily accessible.

Answer incoming calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate departments.

Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Act as the first point of contact by handling receptionist duties and greeting visitors.

Support daily administrative operations, including scheduling meetings and appointments.

Assist in coordinating office supplies and maintaining an organized workspace.

Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documentation as needed.

Provide assistance with general clerical duties to support the team.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.

Strong proficiency in managing electronic filing systems.

Excellent communication skills for phone and in-person interactions.

Ability to perform accurate and efficient data entry.

Familiarity with receptionist duties and customer service.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
