Our client, a leading organization in the staffing and recruitment industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant I to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant I, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting recruiting and onboarding activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant I

Location: Maple Grove, Minnesota

Pay Range: $18.75

What's the Job?

Support recruiting and hiring operations by conducting candidate assessments and managing preboarding activities.

Assist candidates with the application process, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.

Complete I-9 verification for new hires in compliance with federal requirements.

Coordinate and support onboarding activities for new employees.

Schedule interviews, confirm appointments, and follow up with candidates and hiring managers as needed.

What's Needed?

High School diploma or equivalent.

Some administrative or clerical experience.

Ability to multitask and organize tasks efficiently in a high-volume environment.

Strong communication skills to interact professionally with managers and candidates.

Willingness to travel to Arbor Lakes, Minnetonka as required.
