Job Duties Do you love jewelry and gemstones? We are seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Coordinator to support daily operations in our family owned and operated jewelry business. This role is responsible for accurately receiving, shipping, tracking, and entering inventory for high-value merchandise including finished jewelry, loose gemstones, and components. The ideal candidate is organized, precise, and comfortable working with small, valuable items in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Education Required High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education or training desired.

Previous experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, or logistics (jewelry or luxury goods preferred)

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Comfortable handling small, high-value items

Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or ERP systems

Ability to lift and move small packages (typically under 25 lbs)

Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

Preferred Qualifications

Jewelry industry experience (finished jewelry, diamonds, gemstones, or precious metals)

Familiarity with inventory systems such as Excel, NetSuite, SAP, or jewelry-specific software

Knowledge of shipping insured or international high-value goods

Minimum Experience Required Minimum 1 year experience in retail environment
