Description We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Olivette, Missouri. In this role, you will provide essential support for office operations, assist with accounts receivable processes, and act as a key point of communication between the Operations and Accounting departments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily office tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining a well-functioning workspace.

Prepare and issue customer invoices, ensuring timely posting of payments and accurate record-keeping.

Monitor outstanding accounts receivable items and follow up as needed to facilitate resolution.

Collaborate with the Operations team to gather job details, backup information, and billing documentation.

Maintain tracking systems for billing statuses and provide updates to relevant teams.

Assist with data entry, basic reporting, and month-end accounts receivable activities.

Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing office supplies. Requirements - At least 1-2 years of experience in office administration or accounts receivable support.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments.

Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.

Familiarity with accounting or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable dealing with both administrative and financial tasks. TalentMatch®
