As the Vice President of Finance, you will lead end-to-end financial leadership for Supply Chain, encompassing Procurement, Logistics and manufacturing operations including Finance business partner support to the Chief Supply Chain Officer. This role is accountable for shaping and executing financial strategies that drive both short- and long-term business objectives, optimize cost structures, and enable sustainable growth. You will deliver actionable insights and decision support to executive leadership, steward budgets and forecasts, and ensure rigorous financial discipline across all supply chain activities.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Own Supply Chain financial plans : This role is critical to the development of long-term Supply Chain strategy, the associated financial implications, budgets, forecasts, and performance management and ensuring alignment to commercial/IBP plans and supply plans.
Manufacturing finance leadership : Provide complex analyses and insights to Chief Supply Chain Officer, VP Manufacturing Plant Leadership; lead/support actions to achieve plant profitability, productivity, contingency plans, and gross margin improvement.
Standardize plant finance processes : Championing process improvement and leading cross-functional initiatives - this role creates value, mitigates risk, and enhances operational performance. This includes product costing, labor analysis, yield management, inventory control, and driving consistency across plants for better decision quality.
Decision support for senior leaders : Deliver insights/guidance for executive leadership; interpret trends and performance; recommend strategies to improve near- and long-term results.
Capital & network analysis : Prioritize capital across the organization; partner on capacity, inventory, and supply optimization with Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, and Network Analysis.
Performance & risk management : Lead strategic projects to create value; proactively identify and mitigate risks; manage opportunities to meet/beat plans.
Financial stewardship : Ensure fiduciary discipline in inventory/working capital; strengthen controls and accountability across manufacturing operations and distribution.
Leadership & talent : Build and develop high-performing finance teams, foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and partner across functions to ensure alignment of financial plans with commercial, supply, and strategic priorities. This includes setting team objectives and KPIs; building capabilities via developmental opportunities; recognizing and rewarding performance.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Business
12+ years of relevant experience
Minimum 3+ years in supporting Supply Chain/ Manufacturing
5+ years people management experience
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Proven experience driving process improvement and change initiatives in a complex organization.
Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders at all levels.
Advanced analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills; strong detail orientation.
Experience with advanced analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for financial modeling and reporting.
Proficiency with ERP/financial planning systems (e.g., SAP).
Excellent executive-level presentation skills
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Master's Degree in Finance/Business
Demonstrated excellence in leadership across multi-plant manufacturing and COGS domains.
Deep proficiency with SAP and advanced modeling tools
Experience with digital finance transformation, automation, or AI-driven analytics
Six Sigma, Lean, or APICS certification.
Mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures experience including financial due diligence and integration.
Salary Range: $232,800 - $291,000
Salary pay ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, the successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, certifications, qualifications, relevant education or training, and local market conditions.
