Job Title: Electrical Junior Mechanic

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Junior Mechanic to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for wiring, lighting, panel installations, and other electrical tasks, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Wire lighting and panels.

Install electrical boxes and outlets.

Run and bend conduit.

Perform conduit bending and electrical troubleshooting.

Read and interpret blueprints for wiring projects.

Handle electrical systems ranging from 120 to 480 volts.

Essential Skills

3-6 years of experience in electrical work.

Expertise in bending pipe and reading blueprints.

Proficient in troubleshooting electrical systems.

Possession of OSHA 30 certification.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Must own hand tools and a cordless drill.

Work Environment

Work hours are starting at 6AM or 7AM, primarily in Long Island commercial buildings. The role demands a hands-on approach with a focus on safety and quality.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hauppauge, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
