Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and support impactful mission outcomes as an Operations Sr. Manager supporting Growth for the Intelligence and Homeland Security Division in GDIT. MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As an Operations Sr. Manager , the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the Intelligence Community and the Department of Homeland Security. You will play a crucial role as the heartbeat of the Growth team ensuring processes, resources, tools, budgets, and more align with the strategic goals of the organization.
Create and lead business strategies to ensure effective, efficient functioning of the Growth organization supporting a $50B pipeline; Actively source and implement new technologies and tools; Keep current with emerging technology trends, forecast needed organizational innovations; Recommend, create the business case, and implement technology changes; Lead implementation of AI tools to improve business efficiency and effectiveness; Lead AI adoption and manage AI reporting metrics;
Recommend and lead implementation of innovative technology leading to higher quality outcomes, more effective processes and tools, as well as increased efficiency; Source and implement new data products supporting business process efficiency;
Leverage GenAI tools to improve quality of products and efficiency within the full business development lifecycle, operations, as well as growth strategy development; Lead conversion of manual processes by introducing automation in every step possible; Apply AI implementation and adoption lessons learned within adoption plans;
Champion change management, technology adoption, and continuous improvement; Analyze needs of the business and lead strategic planning and cadence for Growth organization; Produce and implement strategic events such as offsites, sprints, and workshops;
Create/draft illustrative, compelling graphics and visuals in presentations for executive consumption; Draft and manage IHS Growth executive communications; Manage critical schedule and planning projects with strategic partners and vendors
Utilize technology platforms, applications, and tools including: ChatGPT, Proposal-specific GenAI tool(s), Business Process AI tool(s), Power BI, and other visualization and automation products and tools
Manage new business funds budget process, communications, analysis, and reporting; Build and manage overhead budget
Collaborate closely with VP of Growth and Growth leadership team ensuring team cohesion, professionalism, and transparency; Communicate with executive leadership, customers, external and internal stakeholders, and individual contributors
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Education : Bachelor's degree. In lieu of degree, 9+ years of related experience (total)
Experience : 5+ years of related experience
Must have demonstrated experience in : adopting and implementing AI tools within processes that gain efficiencies for an organization; keeping current with technology trends and leading recommendations or innovations benefiting an organization; synthesizing complex, disparate data, analyzing the data, and producing compelling visuals and presentations; independently producing executive-level (c-suite and/or BoD-level) presentations; successfully re-engineering business processes gaining efficiencies; proactive strategic planning, pipeline strategy, prioritization, and business planning; drafting executive level messages and communications
Technical skills: Proficiency in utilizing ChatGPT, Proposal-specific GenAI tool(s), Business Process AI tool(s), Power BI, PowerPoint (emphasis on graphics), Salesforce, and other visualization and automation products and tools
Security clearance level: Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance
US citizenship required
Location : This position requires working fully onsite at our GDIT facility in Herndon, VA. Must be comfortable working onsite (5) days a week.

The likely salary range for this position is $147,050 - $198,950. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
