Position Overview

PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Technical Coordinator 1 to join our team of qualified and diverse professionals onsite in Ogden, Utah . This role supports key supply chain functions-including logistics, material coordination, and operational support-within a dynamic aerospace environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative, technical, and tactical support across supply chain process areas, including Engineering Property Systems , Supply Chain Logistics , and Supply Chain Operations .

Perform manual receiving, storage, movement, shipping, and disbursement of materials and equipment.

Execute both manual and clerical tasks using hand trucks, forklifts, company vehicles, computers, and various business applications.

Verify quantity, weight, and specification conformance of incoming materials.

Prepare shipping documentation such as bills of lading and route materials to designated destinations.

Pull and assemble kits per production schedules and deliver materials to the shop floor.

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent plus 1 year of additional education and/or related aerospace experience .

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 , including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience with SAP S/4 for Goods Issuing and Goods Receiving .

Strong communication skills for interaction with customers and suppliers.

Ability to safely lift up to 25 lbs .

Proven forklift/reach lift experience in an aerospace environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced experience with SAP S/4 Goods Issue and Goods Receipt transactions.

Ability to read and interpret Stores Pick Tickets .

Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.

General knowledge of supply chain processes.
