JOB REQUIREMENTS: Family-owned construction company of about 90 employees looking for an HR Specialist who thrives in a hands-on role with a strong emphasis on payroll and room to grow into HR leadership. This role is ideal for someone who can balance people, policies, and practicality in a fast-moving construction environment.
