About the role

We're seeking an Account Manager to drive growth in North America within our snack team. In this role, you'll partner with leading food manufacturers, nurture existing relationships, and uncover new opportunities that bring Kerry's cutting-edge ingredient solutions to life. We are open to individuals working remotely who are open to frequent travel.

Key responsibilities

Develop and Execute Strategy Build a holistic sales plan to achieve revenue and margin targets.

Be the Face of Kerry Understand customer needs and deliver solutions using Kerry's unique technologies.

Defend and Grow Business Protect core accounts while identifying new opportunities through market insights and research.

Lead Negotiations Manage contracts and close deals that drive sustainable growth.

Build Relationships Foster strong connections across customer organizations and Kerry's internal teams.

Drive Engagement Schedule and lead in-person customer meetings to strengthen partnerships.

Qualifications and skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or Engineering (MBA a plus).

A minimum of 2 years of commercial experience in food ingredient manufacturing covering flavor or ingredient solutions for confections, nutrition bars, or chocolate markets.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 50%.

The pay range for this position is $88,100-163,700. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and Location. In addition, this position is also eligible to earn a performance-based incentive compensation. Kerry offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, Employee Share Plan, Life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
