This position is subject to meeting U.S. Export Compliance and/or U.S. Government Contracting Citizenship eligibility requirements.
Day Shift Hours: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
Hourly rate starting at $23.50
Position requires High School Diploma or GED (in addition to the experience listed below).
$1,000 Signing Bonus paid as follows: $250 at 30 days, $750 at 6 months

Position Summary
Responsible for end-to-end processing of customer product returns (RMAs), including inspection, disposition routing, and system updates, while maintaining precise records to support quality, warranty, and customer service requirements.
Inspection
Primary Responsibilities:
Issues RMA number when requested by customers for product returns
Adapts to varied conditions based on how products return from the field.
Inducts products and creates CRG sales order
Verifies assemblies conform to product specifications. Consults with engineering, manufacturing engineering and quality engineering as required.
Interprets blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, test specifications, service bulletins, customer requirements, and quality directives.
Responsible for the entire paperwork packaging of the unit.
Secondary Responsibilities if required by business demands:
Perform complex inspection on detailed machined parts using a wide variety of measuring instruments to determine acceptability or rejections of parts and/or parts finish.
Read complex blueprints including complex geometric tolerances and dimensions.
