In marketing and sales operations at PwC, you will be responsible for enabling the smooth functioning of a company's marketing and sales processes and maximising efficiency. You will analyse relevant data, develop and implement strategies, and provide support to the marketing and/or sales teams. You will also collaborate with other teams to streamline operations, optimise marketing and sales tools and technology, and improve overall performance.

Translating the vision, you set the tone, and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. You are expected to be a guardian of PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion and a commercial mindset are all foundational to our success. The Opportunity

As part of the Marketing and Sales Operations team you will own the transformation roadmap, orchestrate cross-functional delivery, and develop operating-model, process, and technology changes that improve speed, quality, and cost. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction, drive business growth, and mentor the next generation of leaders while maintaining PwC's reputation for quality and integrity. This role offers the chance to lead impactful initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities

Lead initiatives focused on improving quality and reducing expenses

Communicate effectively with both executive and staff audiences

Monitor progress and adoption through key performance indicators

What You Must Have

High School Diploma

At least 10 yrs of experience in marketing operations/strategy/transformation

The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $423,780. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $504,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
