Agricultural equipment operator needed to drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops. Farming with: Corn, Wheat, and Alfalfa. Operate or tend equipment used in agricultural production, such as tractors, combines, and irrigation equipment. Maintain farm machinery and notify supervisors when machinery malfunctions. Attach farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, or harvesters to tractors. Load and unload crops or containers of materials, manually or using conveyors, hand trucks, forklifts, or transfer augers. Set up and operate irrigation equipment. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers. Towing harvesting equipment. Maintain farm structures such as buildings and fences. The work will be done in Ionia County, MI.

Period of employment/periodo de empleo: 04/05/2026 - 12/18/2026.

Work schedule is generally 48 hours per week, Monday through Saturday. Additional hours may be offered but not required.

Workers will be paid a minimum of $17.47 per hour. In accordance with applicable Michigan state law, Earned Sick Time Act 338, employers are required to provide earned sick time to their employees. The amount of paid sick leave provided may vary depending on the size of the business.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
