** ROBOTIC/MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

RESPONSIBLITIES:**

Responsible for installation, maintenance and repairs of machinery, equipment, facilities and electrical systems in a stamping and welded assembly plant.

Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts.

Installs and repairs electrical apparatus up to 480 vac, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.

Repairs automated machinery and equipment such as robots.

Discusses machine operation variations with supervisors, operators, or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machine.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of welding robotics

Millwright experience is a plus

Knowledge in FANUC, Motoman and or ALLEN BRADLEY

Proven ability to interact well with co-workers and promote the "Team" attitude.

Previous knowledge on machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance; Design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and recommend solutions.

PAY AND SHIFT TIMES:*

$30 - $37 per hour depending on experience

1st Shift, 5a-3p

This full-time, hourly role is a part of our Operations team and reports to the Operations Supervisor and Manager.
