Data Engineer to join our talented Information Technology team. The
position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work
environment. In this position you should have the following; excellent
interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise
sound judgment. Most important, demonstrate a high level of integrity
and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and
results-orientation. This role is responsible for designing and
implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions. How
you\'ll create opportunities in this Senior Data Engineer role: Design
and implement scalable data pipelines using Azure Databricks and Azure
Data Factory. Ensure performance, reliability, security, and compliance
in all data engineering solutions. Collaborate across teams to define
technical direction and support platform-level decisions. Deliver
high-quality, timely releases aligned with business goals, technical
standards, and data governance policies. Drive improvements in system
reliability, scalability, and maintainability through refactoring and
documentation. Mentor and coach team members. Partner with leaders to
align priorities, maintain standards, and support team growth. Actively
participate in agile processes and recruitment efforts to strengthen the
engineering team. What you will need: 4 years of relevant experience
required. Cloud Engineering across Azure or AWS and Databricks
experience required. Experience designing and building enterprise data
pipelines, databases/data warehouses, and system integrations (APIs,
