Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Long Beach, California. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to support daily operations through effective organization and communication. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative skills and a proactive approach to ensure smooth office functionality.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming telephone calls, providing prompt and attentive responses to inquiries.

Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain and update records.

Coordinate interview schedules and manage related communications.

Provide support for general office administrative duties, ensuring efficiency in daily operations.

Utilize tools such as Outlook and Dayforce to streamline workflows and maintain organized schedules.

Greet visitors and clients in a friendly manner, ensuring a positive reception experience.

Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed.

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.

Proficiency in handling inbound calls and providing excellent customer service.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with data entry practices and office management.

Competence in using Outlook and other office software tools.

Ability to coordinate schedules and manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
