Does that sound like you?The Opportunity with McKinstryMcKinstry is looking to add a Construction Project Manager to our growing Special Projects Group in Montana. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy project design and customer requirements, and are passionate about solving problems and achieving goals- this may be the right position for you!- You will assist with the Request for Proposal (RFP) and procurement process along with tracking current and future jobs, reviewing contracts and drawings and specifications.- You will coordinate equipment procurement with our purchasing department and outside vendors.- You will be scheduling, developing the of scope of work with subcontractors, and assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reporting.- You will communicate with general contractors, architects, engineers, and owners.- You will work closely with our project management team and respond to questions raised by superintendents and field workers on a daily basis.- You will work with the project team to solve problems and will gain hands-on experience in the field.- You will create and respond to requests for information (RFI).- You will develop, process, and track equipment, materials, and informational submittals.- You will create site-specific work plans and create operations and maintenance manuals for our clients.- You will process change orders, create billing breakdowns, and conduct quantify take-off and estimates.What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry:- BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management or comparable degree or equivalent work experience preferred.- Three (3) years of experience in engineering, project management or construction is required- Experience working for a General Contractor or Major Mechanical Subcontractor preferred- Proficient with scheduling software: Microsoft Project, Primavera and/or Suretrak preferred- Completed OSHA 30 class is requiredPeopleFirst BenefitsWhen it comes to the basics, we have you covered:- Competitive pay- 401(k) with employer match and profit-sharing plan- Paid time off and holidays- Comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, and vision with low or zero deductible options and low out of pocket maximumsPeople come first at McKinstry, and we go beyond the basic benefits with:- Family formation benefits, including adoption and IVF assistance- Up to 16 weeks paid parental leave- Transgender inclusive benefits- Commuter benefits- Pet insurance- "Building Good" paid community service time- Learning and advancement opportunities via McKinstry University- McKinstry Moves onsite gyms or reimbursement for remote workersSee benefit plan documents for complete details.If you're driven by our vision to build a thriving planet together, McKinstry is the place to build your career.*The pay range for this position is $93,600 - $147,060 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
