Typical starting pay is $18.50/hour, with additional compensation once hired in Perm.

Shifts Available 9am-5, 10am-6pm, 2pm-10pm Monday Thru Friday

What's a typical day as a Logistics Customer Service Representative? You'll be:

Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers by taking orders, giving pricing information, and performing consultative sales.

Monitoring service on all requests and shipments, ensuring timely updates to customers via phone, email, and web-based channels.

Identifying customer needs and facilitating communication with owner operators or outside agents to ensure cost-effective shipment execution.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) and ideally two years of industry experience.

Possess strong customer service skills, effective communication abilities, and a positive team-oriented attitude.

Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications and demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
