As a Security Officer - Unarmed Industrial Site Patrol in Roebling, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Security Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols, stay highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents, support access control, and communicate clearly with employees and visitors. You will document observations, respond to concerns, and deliver customer service with a calm, professional approach. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, employees, and/or visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and notifying site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as required.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial buildings, production areas, parking lots, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.

Control access at designated entry points by monitoring visitor traffic, verifying identification as directed, and assisting with vehicle and/or pedestrian flow per site procedures.

Monitor alarms, cameras, and/or other site systems as assigned, report hazards and maintenance issues, and complete shift reports and other security-related documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
