What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to site employees, contractors, drivers and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying site leadership and/or emergency services as directed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, office and exterior areas, including perimeter checks and checks of doors, gates and loading docks. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
Control access at designated entry points by verifying credentials, managing visitor sign-in, issuing temporary badges as directed and directing foot and vehicle traffic to approved areas.
Operate monitoring equipment such as CCTV, alarm panels and radios, document observations and incidents, and complete required reports and logs per site policy.
Minimum Requirements:
Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
