Floating Store Manager for the Capital District

Pay Range: $72,500.00- $130,000.00

Price Chopper/Market 32 Supermarkets employs nearly 15,000 teammates in New York, Vermont, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Connecticut and New Hampshire. We are looking to add to our team of industry leading Store Managers , whose main areas of responsibilities include overseeing our retail operation, managing staff, achieving sales and safety goals, and ensuring excellent customer service. Employing a hands-on approach, the Store Manager runs a business unit that is the life blood of our company.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified candidates will possess a high drive for operational excellence and experience in grocery retail specifically.

You invest time in the development of your team and continually plan for sustainable succession and retention.

You are an adept communicator and demonstrate consistent follow through

You are able to travel up to one hour each way to/from your residence

You are at least 18 years of age

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or equivalent

Experience in grocery retail or other related retail fields

Understanding of merchandising, operations, service, supply chain, inventory, sales

Relevent managerial experience - Grocery Retail Management Preferred
