You will respond to alarms and unusual activity, document and communicate observations, and support cleared operations with professionalism. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and/or visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.

Carry and maintain assigned authorized weapon and related equipment per Allied Universal and site-specific post orders, completing required checks, documentation, and escalation steps as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site leadership and/or local law enforcement when appropriate.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter points, monitoring for unusual activity that may help to deter unauthorized access and/or policy violations.

Complete detailed written reports and logs, including incident reports, patrol observations, and access control activity, using required systems and/or forms.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age.

Possess an Level III Armed Security License.

Possess an active DoD Secret clearance.

CPR certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
