As a Security Officer - Multi Bank Patrol in Waterbury, CT , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols of assigned areas, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to situations with calm, clear communication. You will support staff and visitors with customer-focused service while documenting observations and escalating concerns as needed. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and post instructions within a financial institution location.

Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence, monitoring entry points, and observing customer and employee areas for unusual conditions.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, disturbances, and suspicious activity per site protocols.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the perimeter, documenting observations and reporting concerns.

Complete required documentation such as daily activity reports and incident reports, and communicate timely updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

A State, County, or City Issued Security License is preferred.

CPR Certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
