Job Title: Electrical Foreman Job Description

As an Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and overseeing the planning and implementation of large electrical projects. You will ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians engaged in the installation and repair of electrical systems.

Plan and implement large electrical projects from start to finish.

Interpret and execute blueprints and schematics accurately.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Assist in the pulling of wire and pipe work, under slab concrete work, and layout of conduits (EMT/PVC/ENT).

Perform switch and plugging, panel work, switchboard installation, and fire alarm systems.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in conduit work, cable pulling, and blueprint reading.

2 to 10 years of experience as a Helper or Mechanic in commercial electrical projects.

Experience in high-rise projects is a plus.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Princeton, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00/hr.
