Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Racine, Wisconsin. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction by handling inquiries, processing orders, and delivering exceptional service. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within a non-profit organization.

Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming calls from customers, addressing their questions and resolving concerns in a timely manner.

Process orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer needs.

Provide detailed information regarding products and services, ensuring clear communication and understanding.

Handle both inbound and outbound calls to support customer inquiries and follow-ups.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within the system.

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Demonstrate professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.

Proactively address customer needs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is required.

Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls.

Strong order entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to navigate computer systems and manage customer data efficiently.

Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations.

Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate with others.
