Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant

Adecco is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant for a client in Auburn, NY . This position is temp-to-hire.

This role will support existing Executive Assistants who provide administrative support to C-suite and senior leadership within a large organization. The ideal candidate has prior experience supporting executives in a complex, fast-paced organization and is comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks.

Schedule & Pay

Part-time: approximately 20 hours per week

Flexibility to work additional hours as needed for coverage or special projects

Pay range: $24-28/hour , depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to Executive Assistants and senior leadership

Assist with calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation

Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism

Support special projects and provide backup coverage as needed

Communicate effectively with internal departments and leadership

Qualifications

Previous administrative or executive assistant experience, preferably in a large organization

Strong organizational and communication skills

High level of discretion and professionalism

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
