8--12+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Product Manager, or Delivery Lead in supply chain, ERP, or enterprise planning transformations.

Proven delivery of large-scale planning or supply chain digitization programs.

Experience working in EPC, capital projects, infrastructure, or manufacturing environments preferred.

ROLE: Review program status, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics across IBP workstreams.

Triage issues with business stakeholders and technical teams impacting scope, timelines, or integrations.

Translate IBP business needs into clear technical requirements and prioritize backlog items.

Coordinate system integrations and data flows across planning, ERP, sourcing, and supplier collaboration platforms.

Drive alignment between supply chain, finance, engineering, and IT on design decisions and trade-offs.

Prepare decision-ready updates for leadership, highlighting risks, mitigations, and value delivery.

Advance change management, adoption, and capability rollout activities.

What is the ideal background of a candidate for this role?:

Enterprise planning systems (SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, Oracle, Kinaxis, etc.)

ERP and sourcing platforms (SAP, Ariba, Oracle)

Data integration, APIs, and analytics platforms

Agile and hybrid delivery models

Leadership & Behavioral Competencies

Strong ownership mindset with bias for execution

Ability to influence across business and technical teams without direct authority

Structured communicator capable of executive-level storytelling

Comfortable operating in ambiguity and evolving requirements

What are unique selling points that would get candidates interested in your role over another?: MSFT experience in optimizing complex supply chain and drive Planning digitization initiatives for Data Center Construction organization

How will contractor performance be measured?: Success of the initiatives and adoption of IBP features for all planning processes

Where is the work able to be performed?: Remote

100% remote but Candidate must be flexible with scheduling across time zones.

Purpose of the Team: Interface with clients on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery. Drive program/project schedules and status reports. Create and/or review multiple functional specifications that will be used as tools in making decisions as to how the product or service will be implemented. Provide Product Managers & Product Unit Managers with technical and/or analytical information. Organize cross functional activities ensuring the program/project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints. Provide program/project schedules and status reports.
