JOB REQUIREMENTS: POSITION SUMMARYThe Accounting Analyst II is
responsible for performing assignments of moderate complexity and
working with greater independence. This role involves a broader range of
responsibilities and may include overseeing some aspects of projects.
The position is designed for individuals with 2-4 years of experience
who are looking to polish their communication, presentation, and
analysis skills. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Essential Job Responsibilities:
Perform assignments of moderate complexity, including financial
analysis, reporting, and data management. Assist in the preparation and
review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Support
budgeting and forecasting activities, providing insights and
recommendations. Conduct detailed financial analysis to support
strategic decision-making. Oversee specific aspects of projects,
ensuring timely and accurate completion. Ensure compliance with company
policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Assist in
the preparation of audit documentation and respond to audit inquiries.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records. Additional Job

related duties as required and assigned QUALIFICATIONS Required:
Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2 - 4
years of related experience Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work
independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and
accuracy. Effective communication and presentation skills. DIVISION:U.S.
