This includes essential items such as managing the cash needs of our branch and ATM networks, protecting the bank from potential fraud, and identifying ways to continually improve our processes. As a Mail Clerk within PNC's Retail Bank Operations organization, you will be based in Cleveland, OH.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:00pm
Accurately enters data into daily volume tracking sheets.
Sorts incoming and accountable mail, scans accountable items, and delivers mail to designated floors and recipients throughout the tower in accordance with established SLAs.
Independently manages the tower mail center during absences of the second team member.
Conducts stale mail audits when the primary team member is on vacation.
Serves as one of two essential staff members responsible for operating the Cleveland Tower mail center and ensuring SLA compliance.
Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand and walk for extended periods.
Pushes and pulls mail carts throughout the facility as required.
Provides backup support at the Brecksville location and Cleveland Operations Center as needed.
Responds to and appropriately routes incoming phone calls.
Parking is paid by employee.

Job Description
Performs mailroom and reproduction services tasks within a division or physical location.
Distributing and collecting incoming mail and processing outgoing mail.
Determining, affixing, and recording postage on registered mail and packages.
Tracking volume and distribution of mail for reporting purposes. Verifying quantity of received goods against invoices.
Keeping mailroom equipment and supplies in good condition and reporting when something needs repair or replacement.

Pay Transparency
Base Salary: $32,000.00 - $57,200.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
