?? Position Overview

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work directly with students who benefit from behavioral, emotional, and educational support. You'll help implement ABA strategies, collaborate with school staff, and provide meaningful one-on-one or small-group support to help students reach their goals.

This is a school-based role serving an elementary-age student, Monday-Friday.

? Position Details

Location: Ann Arbor, MI (Elementary School)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:00 PM

Hours: 35 hours/week

Start: ASAP

Contract: Through the end of the school year

Pay: $23.50 per hour

?? Minimum Requirements

To be considered, candidates must have:

Active RBT certification ??

High school diploma or equivalent

At least 1 year of experience working with children or individuals with special needs (2 years preferred)

Ability to implement ABA-based strategies

Ability to follow professional standards and protocols

Must be 18+ years old

CPR certification, TB screening, and health clearance (as applicable)

Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
