Join a respected Minnesota builder with more than 40 years of continuous growth. As a Manufacturing Assembler, you will work with a small team to build structural components including wall panels, floors, trusses, and stairs in a clean, organized facility.

What You Will Do

Assemble structural building components indoors

Work in teams of three to four

Use hand tools, power tools, table saws, and nail guns

Read tape measures accurately to one-eighth inch

Lift materials up to 75 pounds as needed

Maintain steady productivity and consistent weekly hours

What Makes You a Strong Fit

Able to read a tape measure accurately

Comfortable using common tools

Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Able to lift up to 75 pounds

Preferred Experience

(Not required)

Framing, construction, or carpentry experience

Tool and equipment experience including nail guns and table saws

Ability to read blueprints

Spanish-speaking candidates welcome; translation available

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Forest Lake, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
