Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Information Technology Manager (Level L) to manage business information system applications, activities, and staff within the ArgonST A Boeing Company organization in Fairfax, Virginia.
The role includes managing solution developers, system administrators, and functional team resources in support of all Argon's business system tools for financials, materials, property, and production management activities. Responsibilities also include tracking, managing, and reporting status, staffing, scheduling, financials, and business system management. The role includes managing and providing technical guidance to team members, evaluating and managing changes to the business system core applications, assuring reliability of the overall environment, and maintaining compliance activities.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages Deltek Costpoint Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system operations
Manages staff for Information Systems taskings, Government Property control, and Test Equipment maintenance/calibration
Manages and maintain custom interfaces between the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and external systems for Human Resources, Labor, Travel, Accounts Payable and Financial applications
Manages development and maintenance of custom reporting and analysis tools for Financial and Materials Management functions
Provides complex troubleshooting and analysis for all Costpoint functions
Maintain processes and documentation for Costpoint ERP system and associated applications
Provides and maintains Sarbanes-Oxley and Boeing IT compliance controls for all Costpoint and peripheral tools
Assured that all updates and compliance activities for Costpoint and related applications are performed in accordance with schedule and content requirements
Directs the implementation of new application functions and associated reporting tools
Directs annual inventories of Government and Company property
This position is expected to be 100% onsite initially and transition to Hybrid.
This position is for 1st shift.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
More than 10 years of experience managing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for financials, materials, property, and production management activities.
More than 5 years of experience leading a team
Experience with Materials Management and Accounting Systems (MMAS) requirements
More than 3 years of experience in technical leadership
More than 5 years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership
More than 5 years of experience demonstrating people management skills to include coaching, teaching, mentoring
More than 1 year of experience in data analytics and/or business intelligence
More than 3 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including writing, maintaining, and debugging complex stored procedures using T-SQL and SQL Server Management Studio
More than 5 years of experience in SQL/T-SQL
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Engineering or related discipline
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
More than 5 years of experience working with Costpoint ERP Manufacturing Software
Experience creating custom reports for Costpoint ERP system using Cognos or similar reporting tools
Experience with management of Customer or Company Property
Experience in IT compliance and Risk Management
Experience working with manufacturing build plans, bill of materials, and manufacturing operations

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range - $172,550. - $213,150
