General Production Associate - Entry Level

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and motivated General Production Associate to join their team. As a General Production Associate - Entry Level, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: General Production Associate

Location: Millstone Township, NJ

Pay Range: $18.50

Shift: 6:30am-4:00pm

What's the Job?

Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently following Standard Work procedures and supervisor instructions.

Handle the physical loading and unloading of materials, ensuring productivity and safety standards are met.

Perform visual inspections of products to maintain quality standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, supporting overall housekeeping and maintenance tasks.

Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on equipment.

No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a team environment.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.

Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks.

Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures.
