Warehouse & Machine Operators - Multiple Openings

Salisbury, NC

$13.00-$15.00/hr + $2/hr Attendance Bonus

Multiple Shifts | Overtime Available

We are hiring Warehouse & Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility that produces recycled products. This is a hands-on role for candidates with machine operating experience, mechanical aptitude, and comfort working with numbers. Forklift experience is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor manual manufacturing machines

Perform basic machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting

Accurately track production counts, measurements, and materials

Inspect product to ensure quality standards are met

Assist with identifying mechanical or electrical issues and report to maintenance

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Perform general warehouse duties, including material handling (Forklift operation if certified)

Qualifications:

Manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operating experience preferred

Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with manual equipment

Comfortable with numbers, measurements, and production tracking

Forklift experience preferred (certification is a plus)

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Willingness to work overtime as needed

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
