Join the Sam's Club eCommerce Finance team as the Senior Manager supporting FP&A functions of a rapidly growing business. This role focuses on activities for forecast, close, annual planning, and long-range planning. The position requires adaptability and curiosity in a fast-paced environment that is growing at scale.
About Sam's eCommerce Finance
Our team supports the fast-paced and growing eCommerce business at Sam's, which is a key priority of the segment both today and in our LRP. We provide FP&A and decision support to the business, co-piloting the business to grow in a sustainable way and on strategy.
What you'll do...
Improve cross-functional processes to enhance alignment, reduce friction, and accelerate decision-making.
Lead core financial planning processes, including monthly/quarterly forecasts, annual plans, long-range models, and scenario analyses.
Develop and/or enhance financial models with the continually changing business environment
Provide strategic financial guidance to eCommerce leadership on performance trends, priorities, and resource allocation.
Story tell with data, creating visuals that simply the story to leaders for decision making
Utilize Gen AI to automate and expedite processes to reinvest capacity
What you'll bring:

Strong business partnership skills and cross-functional mindset
Ability to analyze complex financial data and deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
Proven experience managing P&L responsibilities
Strong financial planning and budgeting skills, with expertise in developing models and forecasting
Proficiency in commercial finance, business planning, and key performance indicator (KPI) tracking.
Advanced skills in SQL, Excel and PowerPoint.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
