Job Title: Senior Banking Officer

Location: 325 East Main St, Aspen, CO 81611

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Employee Type: Exempt, Full-Time

Hiring Pay Range: $125,000.00 - $206,250.00 per hour (Includes 25% cost of living adjustment)

The hiring pay range for this position is commensurate with the level of relevant experience and education.

This position may be eligible to receive an additional $2,080 per year if approved for the Spanish Communication Assistant Program.

Summary

Responsible for strategy and performance in lending, deposit gathering, and treasury management sales with the collaboration of regional Treasury Management teams. Performs customer development activities, loan origination, processing, and servicing of the credit needs of businesses, consumers and professionals within the marketplace.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Meet or exceed all loan origination and portfolio growth goals as set by Regional President.

Co-Lead the sales process with regional leadership by running weekly sales meetings, tracking performance to goals, reviewing and managing officer calling and pipeline reports.

Manage and improve lending performance and the loan processing operations in the Region.

Build Lending teams through hiring, training, mentoring, and work with lending officers to develop career paths, and in consultation with Community Bank President, Chief Deposit Officer and Human Resources, manage performance issues.

Serves on various company committees and initiatives as needed or required.

Oversee and manage all internal Credit Risk Review and external exams as assigned.

Develop efficiencies through improved processes and/or skills in officer team and the branch team.

Maintains product knowledge to generate credit, deposit, and fee business.

Participating in community involvement activities to enhance Bank's visibility, image, and reputation.

Embrace and provide service in accordance with ANB C.A.R.E.S standards.

Maintains a current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, as well as knowledge and consistent compliance with other banking regulations and Bank policies and procedures related to the position.

Actively support all SFG/ANB initiatives and goals.

Education and/or Experience

Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial lending required. Proven level of highly developed skills in relationship management, business development, credit analysis, credit presentation, underwriting skills or cash management and depositgathering required. Ability to manage effectively every credit or customer relations situation presented including the most complex credits, negotiations with attorneys, alternative pricing proposals, etc. Ability to manage and mentor Banking Officers required.
