Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

What You'll Do:
Deliver direct physical therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
Follow and verify the established Plan of Care prior to each visit
Report changes in patient condition promptly to the Physical Therapist
Adhere to state practice guidelines and physician orders
Educate patients and caregivers on therapy programs and safe use of assistive devices
Promote Elara Caring's mission, values, and commitment to quality care
Provide care in a physically demanding, fast-paced home health environment
What We're Looking For:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current, unrestricted PTA license in the state of practice
6+ months of PTA experience preferred
Ability and willingness to travel within the coverage area (up to 50%)
Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
Ability to lift 50-100 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and transferring patients
You will report to the Branch Director, Clinical Manager, Clinical Supervisor, or designee .
