About the team:
The End-to-End Real Estate & Energy Financial Planning & Analysis (E2E FP&A) team leads forecasting, consolidation, and reporting for Walmart U.S. operations. This team delivers actionable insights that support business growth and operational alignment by collaborating across departments. Leveraging expertise in financial strategy, modeling, and forecasting, the team ensures accurate financial planning and analysis to enable informed decision-making. Their work aligns financial goals with corporate objectives, advancing Walmart's strategic priorities while supporting effective communication and risk management throughout the organization.
What you'll do:
Lead long-term financial planning by collaborating with departments to align financial targets with corporate goals and assess risk levels.
Partner with senior management to analyze business performance, identify gaps, and provide insights on financial risks and trends.
Manage control structures to mitigate financial misstatement risks and enhance transparency in financial reporting.
Develop complex financial models and prepare presentations to support strategic business decisions and forecasts.
Oversee global financial consolidation, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies with operational teams.
Drive business strategy by analyzing costs, forecasts, and resource needs to optimize outcomes and identify improvement opportunities.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
