Join the Finance Transformation Change Management team and use your creative superpowers to make complex ideas simple, human, and unforgettable. About Finance Transformation Change Management You'll join the Finance Transformation Change Management team, where we help thousands of associates navigate how Finance works today-and how it will work tomorrow. We partner closely with Finance, Product, and Technology leaders to translate complex transformation initiatives-like generative AI, data products, and new operating models-into clear, compelling experiences people can understand and adopt. Our work connects strategy to action through storytelling, communications, events, and enablement that drive real behavior change at enterprise scale. What you'll do:
Produce dynamic video content to bring transformational stories and initiatives to life
Design modern, high-impact graphics that elevate communication, engagement, and understanding
Manage, maintain, and refresh internal SharePoint content to ensure resources stay accurate, intuitive, and accessible
Support and elevate live events with thoughtful creative execution (visuals, multimedia assets, etc.)
Execute strategic communications that connect teams, amplify transformation messages, and drive enterprise-wide awareness
What you'll bring:
A portfolio that demonstrates strong creative storytelling - from video concepting to final edit - showing mastery of narrative, pacing, and visual style.
Proven experience designing clean, modern, and intuitive graphics that simplify complexity and make information feel engaging and accessible.
A passion for designing intentional content experiences - you know how to keep digital spaces fresh, organized, and user-friendly (experience with SharePoint or similar tools is a plus).
Experience contributing creative excellence to live events, whether through multimedia assets, staging concepts, visual systems, or on-the-fly creative problem-solving.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate transformation, technology, and strategy into creative outputs that resonate with diverse audiences across the enterprise.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
