Role Summary/Purpose:
Lead the Lifecycle Marketing team for the TJX Rewards (T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods, Homesense, Marshalls & Sierra) credit card program, to ensure the achievement of business objectives through world class execution of effective credit marketing campaigns. Develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics to achieve Synchrony growth metrics as well as critical client requirements. This role will have responsibility for developing and leading a team of direct reports.

Essential Responsibilities:
Lead a team of talented marketing professionals responsible for executing integrated marketing campaigns flawlessly, on time, on budget, and in compliance for the TJX MasterCard and PLCC portfolios.
Direct the marketing team to implement effective lifecycle campaigns across various channels: direct mail, email, statements etc., allocating resources as required to meet the priorities.
Establish goals and objectives, creating a clear vision for the team, to achieve business objectives.
Manage relationships with key Client contacts. Create a positive rapport, anticipate client requests and deliver exceptional results.
Work closely with the Analytics team to determine campaign selection, understand cardholder trends, optimize campaign results and drive test and learn strategies to optimize results.
Lead, develop, and implement comprehensive, wing to wing marketing plans for TJX Lifecycle marketing campaigns including Upgrades and World Card Graduations.
Ensure excellent execution of marketing creatives, leveraging internal Synchrony and agency resources to deliver faster turnaround times and at economical cost.
Develop strong relationships with key marketing partners including performance marketing, creative agencies, internal partners & production vendors to successfully implement campaigns.
Manage marketing budget ensuring efficient spend, investment for long-term opportunities and tight controllership.
Strive for continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness, promoting use of appropriate tools (Test and learn, research, segmentation, etc.) to deliver best in class campaigns.
Work with TJX to execute in store collateral changes. Work with Field Sales team to ensure accurate, cohesive TJX Credit Program communication to TJX Store Associates.
Key member of TJX Client Marketing team and will serve as team resource to help identify opportunities to drive portfolio growth.
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree OR in lieu of a degree a minimum of 10 years of consumer financial services marketing experience
A minimum of 8 years of work experience leading teams or managing marketing campaign including: experience in consumer credit, including credit cards and commercial products, and/or working with retail clients or financial services.
A minimum 3 years of management experience including managing teams of people.
Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required

Sound understanding of Synchrony's business culture and management approaches, preferably gained through previous management experience within Synchrony.

The salary range for this position is 130,000.00 - 210,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post.
