MCA, a leader in wireless communications, data, and security solutions, is seeking a seasoned Account Executive for the Voice Channel in the Southeast region to join our Data division. This is a remote position, but candidates should reside in Southeast or Mid-Atlantic Region.
MCA seeks team members who share our values: service, growth, teamwork, and safety. As a Military Friendly Employer, we welcome veterans, with over 250 already on board. Join us and become part of the MCA family, where we prioritize both work and enjoyment. We offer competitive compensation and benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Holiday Pay, Education Incentives, and more.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Own and grow MCA's Voice internal channel for In-Building Wireless Solutions, with full responsibility for revenue, strategy, and execution across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
Serve as the primary IWS point of contact for all Voice sales representatives in the East, acting as an extension of their teams when cellular DAS opportunities surface alongside public safety or LMR discussions.
Evangelize IWS capabilities to Voice teams, positioning cellular DAS as a natural and trusted companion to public safety and life safety conversations.
Enable Voice sellers by supporting opportunity qualification, solution positioning, budgeting, quoting, proposal development, bid defenses, and customer-facing presentations.
Work closely with Voice shops that have existing relationships with IWS to strengthen and streamline execution, while also onboarding and operationalizing new Voice teams that have not historically engaged with IWS.
Coordinate internally with IWS engineering, operations, proposals, and leadership to ensure Voice-originated opportunities are supported efficiently and consistently.
Establish repeatable playbooks, messaging, and engagement models that make it easy for Voice sellers to bring IWS into deals early and often.
Forecast channel-driven revenue accurately and manage pipeline health through disciplined CRM usage and regular communication with both Voice and IWS leadership.
Represent the voice of the Voice channel internally, providing feedback on market trends, competitive dynamics, and areas where tools, pricing, or process improvements are needed.
Provide sales forecasts and adhere to objectives for forecast and pipeline management.
Document sales activities meticulously in our CRM system.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:
Proven experience in enterprise or complex solution sales, with demonstrated success supporting multi-million-dollar opportunities through indirect or channel-led motions.
Strong understanding of the Voice, public safety, and LMR ecosystem, and how cellular DAS complements those solutions within enterprise and critical infrastructure environments.
Experience working with internal or partner sales organizations at scale, including the ability to influence, enable, and align dozens of sellers without direct authority.
Deep familiarity with in-building wireless solutions, including cellular DAS, ERCES, and related deployment and commercial models.
Ability to translate technical and operational complexity into clear, credible, and confidence-building guidance for Voice sales teams and their customers.
Highly collaborative working style, with the discipline to coordinate across sales, engineering, operations, and proposals while maintaining clear ownership and accountability.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of concurrent opportunities without losing precision or follow-through.
Comfort operating in long sales cycles that are initiated through trusted relationships rather than cold pursuit.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
