Construction Laborer

Job Description

We are seeking motivated construction laborers and carpenters to support the assembly and build-out of modular trailer units in a manufacturing environment. This role involves hands-on construction work using hand and power tools to perform repetitive installations across multiple trailer models.

Candidates will receive on-the-job training and are expected to become self-sufficient once trained. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in construction, carpentry, or manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble and build modular trailer units according to specifications

Perform repetitive installation tasks across various unit models

Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently

Read and work from basic blueprints or work instructions

Maintain quality and productivity standards in a fast-paced environment

Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Required Skills

Basic construction or carpentry experience

Familiarity with hand and power tools

Ability to perform physical, hands-on work for extended periods

Willingness to learn and work as part of a production team

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with framing or construction labor

OSHA 10 or other safety training (preferred, not required)

Ability to interpret basic blueprints or diagrams

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr.
