SYSTEMS ANALYST SENIOR

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Systems Analyst Senior, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of GSE&SC+ program. You will play a crucial role as the primary technical and functional support expert for enterprise applications (including the Warehouse Management System (WMS), Oracle Source-to-Pay, and Microsoft 365 services) for the supply chain team on the GSE&SC+ program
Key Responsibilities
Application & System Support
Serve as the sole point of contact (POC) for the Warehouse Management System (WMS), providing day-to-day functional and technical support to business users.
Troubleshoot system, workflow, and configuration issues across multiple enterprise applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and infrastructure teams to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions.
Microsoft 365 & Azure Administration
Manage user permissions for various enterprise applications including Azure Active Directory, on-prem Active Directory, the warehouse management system, and Appian Business Orchestration and Automation Technologies application.
Ensure compliance with security and governance policies for identity and access management.
Translate business requirements into technical reporting specifications and deliver accurate performance reports
Testing & Quality Assurance
Lead manual regression testing efforts for web applications and system enhancements.
Validate system changes and coordinate with development teams to support release cycles and bug fixes.
SQL & Data Analysis
Develop, optimize, and maintain complex PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, views, functions, reports, and triggers.
Run SQL queries to investigate data issues, validate datasets, and support reporting needs.
Develop and modify custom SQL queries to support system testing, troubleshooting, and analytics.
Design and build paginated reports using Microsoft Report Builder
Deploy, configure, and manage reports on Power BI Report Server, including folder security, subscriptions, data source management, and scheduled refreshes
Security, Documentation & Compliance
Ensure compliance with corporate IT quality, security, and governance standards.
Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and support runbooks.
Document technical activities, incidents, and resolutions clearly in ServiceNow.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a liaison between program teams, development teams, and technical infrastructure groups.
Provide training and guidance to business users on systems, processes, and IT best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in application support, or IT operations.
Extensive experience with Warehouse Management System processes and workflows. Specifically, Blue Yonder WMS application
Extensive experience with Procurement applications and workflows. Specifically, Oracle Source-To-Pay application
Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Active Directory.
Proficiency in SQL for analysis, troubleshooting, and validation.
Experience performing manual regression testing
Strong understanding of IT governance, access management, and compliance standards.
Experience with ServiceNow or similar tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
Participates in special projects as required.
On Site position, not optional for telework.
Ability to obtain Active Secret Clearance required.

The likely salary range for this position is $93,662 - $109,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
