Summary You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Department of the Navy, Director, Acquisition Talent Management (DON DATM) under the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development, and Acquisition (ASN (RD&A)) of NACC FIELD OFC. Responsibilities You will ensure strict compliance with DON Acquisition standards for new employee Functional Area (FA) assignment, and qualification policy established by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). You will formulate and recommend strategic approach to address issues and initiatives based on future systems that directly or indirectly impact NADP hiring efficiencies. You will perform analysis to determine phasing compliance and creates detailed options that act to correct or improve execution throughout the Fiscal Year. You will review and study policy founded in Title Five Code of Federal Regulations (5 CFR) and Title Ten United States Code (10 U.S. Code). You will manage and control a full range of positional duties, including Position Description (PD), Billet Identification Numbers (BINs), and Activity Manpower Document change management. You will create monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics to determine trends and compliance with local performance standards. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
