Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a 2 - Production Associates to join their Hartford, CT team. As a Production Associate you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 2 - Production Associate

Location: Hartford, CT

Pay Range: $17 -$18 based on experience

Shift: 1st

What's the Job?

Support the staging area, ensuring the cleanliness of the room and all raw product storage

Remove all empty boxes and trash to maintain a safe work environment

Assist in moving boxes to pallets, lifting up to 60 lbs as needed

Report any incidents or accidents immediately to the department manager

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

What's Needed?

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience working in cold environments (40-55 degrees) preferred

Steel toe boots required

Must be able to stand for long hours and work in a cooler environment
