The (USA) Stocking 1 Coach leads and develops store teams by providing training, guidance, and feedback to ensure efficient stocking and merchandising operations. About the team:
The Stocking Coach team ensures seamless freight flow from truck to shelf, maintaining product availability and operational excellence. This team leads by setting clear priorities, developing associates, and driving financial performance aligned with company values of service, respect, excellence, and integrity. Members collaborate across functions to implement business solutions, uphold standards, and enhance customer satisfaction. They focus on coaching, mentoring, and empowering associates while managing store operations efficiently. The team embraces continuous improvement, accountability, and effective communication to support store success and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
What you'll do:
Lead and develop store teams by providing training, feedback, and clear guidance to ensure effective execution of business initiatives and operational standards.
Model and uphold exceptional customer service standards, resolving customer concerns and supporting community outreach programs.
Manage financial performance by analyzing profit and loss statements, controlling expenses, and driving sales and profit goals within the assigned area.
Oversee merchandise presentation, inventory flow, and seasonal transitions to optimize store operations and reduce shrink.
Hire, mentor, and develop associates, fostering a motivated and accountable team environment.
Ensure compliance with company policies, promote continuous learning, and support change initiatives to enhance business results.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...
Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications.
2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's
supervisory experience.
For facilities that sell firearms, I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying will require successful completion of a firearms- specific
Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state specific requirements, I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying may require a
current state issued Certificate of Eligibility.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open
Door trainings, etc.)
